- You manage the full-cycle of recruitment for positions in Europe.
- You discuss recruitment strategies with international hiring managers and coach them regarding talent acquisition decisions.
- You will be responsible for the best candidate experience and efficient process management.
- You build the pipeline through sourcing (direct search/active sourcing) and attract the right talents.
- You constantly review and improve your own recruiting activities based on data analysis.
Combines passion with know-how - Your profile:
- You bring previous experience in talent acquisition / recruitment in Germany and ideally in other European countries.
- You have experience in effectively managing stakeholders and candidates in an intercultural environment.
- Knowledge of renewable energy recruitment would be advantageous, but not essential.
- You share with us our passion for climate protection and renewable energy.
- You bring a good sense of humor and are a perfect addition to our great team.
- High affinity for social media channels and current recruitment trends are a plus.
- Fluent German and English are required (other languages such as Spanish, French are an advantage).
