You’ll be a strong creative designer – methodical self-starter, technically proficient and capable of generating powerful, brand aligned creative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role you will report to our Creative Director and work in strong collaboration with the entire creative team as well as marketing, product marketing and people&culture teams.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities 

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Develop and deliver appropriate, graphical content, visual identities, and eye-catching designs.
• Understand and follow the narrative behind existing brand guidelines and processes, delivering high-quality design and graphic content.
• Expand on existing design concepts, using guidelines as core reference material.
• Be ready to create and sketch illustrations and mock-ups in both technical and creative capacities.
• Work with structured and template-driven design layouts for print and editorial materials such as ads, brochures, leaflets, corporate documents, etc.
• Design for print layouts (outdoor, events booths, flyers, logos, gift merchandise, etc.), process images, retouch, and prepare for print.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their experience as a professional graphic designer – minimum 5 years. Willingness to work on business focused ‘technical’ design projects. Should be a team player, an independent thinker, show a Creative approach, be Detail oriented, Results driven, A good communicator and relish Teamwork & Collaboration.

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After effects (animation)

Basic knowledge of fundamental printing processes and in pre-print, photo-retouch.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional design content to our internal stakeholders and clients. Your expertise in all things Graphic Design will be instrumental in shaping our creative vision and defining our directional roadmap.
