As we expand globally, we are now seeking an experienced professional to drive retail expansion across the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development of retail networks in the DACH region, identify and onboard potential partners (distributors/dealers), and manage negotiations, contract signing, and store location finalization;
Analyze local consumer needs and competitor dynamics to formulate market-entry strategies tailored to the region;
Conduct product and technical training (e.g., smart systems, battery management) and support partners in executing localized marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand loyalty;
Collaborate with headquarters to adapt brand initiatives (test rides, sustainability campaigns) to local markets, establish post-sales service systems, and ensure compliance and user satisfaction.
Performance Management
Set and monitor regional sales targets, optimize strategies based on data insights, and deliver regular market analysis reports;
Minimum 3 years of channel expansion experience in Europe, preferably in e-mobility, premium retail, or smart hardware industries;
Native German + fluent English proficiency; based in the DACH region or available for frequent travel;
Existing distributor/dealer networks or experience in smart hardware sales is a strong plus;
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to articulate technical strengths (range, algorithms, smart connectivity);
Deep understanding of EU sustainability policies, consumer pain points, and local business practices; adept at resource integration.
